GENERAL OBJECTIVE

 

The CaP4Preceptor seeks to build aneducational professional program tpimprove clinical preceptors’ teaching andmentoring skills, as well as to expand thecapacity of clinical preceptors who work inJordan’s educational hospitals.

 

The educational initiative will increase thequality of teaching and learning inJordanian medical colleges. Furthermore,the program will improve preceptors’abilities and knowledge, which cancontribute to better learning outcomes formedical students, such as theirprofessional competences, soft skills, andemployability potential as physicians inJordan and around the world
