The CaP4Preceptors practical training workshop was successfully implemented at JUST from 19 -21 January 2026. The workshop focused on the practical application of preceptorship principles, including clinical teaching, student supervision, assessment methods, and effective communication in real-world settings.

The activities brought together medical educators in a highly interactive environment, promoting experiential learning, peer exchange, and the development of practical teaching competencies.
