Electronic services that have been developed for the student

• An electronic service has been developed to raise the number of students in sections in the academic departments; the faculty system has been modified for this purpose.
• An electronic service has been developed to get the course schedule published by departments and faculties. There is no need for paper correspondence, and the faculty system as well as the admission and registration system have been modified for this purpose.
• An electronic service has been developed to apply for registration in closed sections, so the student does not have to go to departments in order to be approved for registration in closed sections by the head of the concerned department; the faculty system and the student portal have been modified for this purpose.
• An electronic service has been developed in the students’ electronic portal to allow them to withdraw from one or more courses, according to the instructions for that.
• An electronic service has been developed in the students’ electronic portal where the student can request an additional time for registration without the need to see the registrar.
• An electronic service has been developed to distribute seats in sections in the faculty system and according to the choice of the instructor and to facilitate taking attendance and absence.

• An electronic service has been developed for students to register through smart phones and activate it through the student's electronic portal. 
• The document system has been developed and modified to issue certificates and transcripts for all students with electronic signatures instead of manual signatures as well as adding the Kemar logo which is a barcode for each printed document to prevent forgery and add the possibility of following up on the certificate and verifying it electronically by the concerned authorities. 
• An electronic service has been developed for students to allow the submission of incomplete exams through the electronic examination system. 
•The registration system has been developed and modified to suit the adoption of the pre-registration fee payment system for B.A students who were accepted since 2016, and the postgraduate students, as well as the rest of the students who are still subject to the pre-registration, (registration then payment). 
• The admission and registration system has been developed and modified to suit the university's adoption of the first and second summer systems. 
• An electronic service has been developed to pay the fees of the admission applications to the university through E - Fawateerkum service. • An electronic service has been developed for the payment of student registration fees through your bills service. 
• An electronic service has been developed to pay the students' graduation fees through E – Fawateerkum service.

• An electronic service has been developed to evaluate faculty members through the electronic student portal.

The system of the Deanship of Student Affairs. - Hosted circuit system (higher education / royal honour / higher education). - The system of the faculty / head of the department. Student electronic portal. The system of the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies for Postgraduate Students Library system: 
• A new portal for graduates has been developed and linked with the student portal and the system of the Deanship of Student Affairs.
• A new emitting portal has been developed.
• A new portal has been developed for the student's guardian.
• A new portal has been developed for hospitals to explore insurance information for the insured and to enter health claims. 
• Statistical profiles were developed showing the numbers of students and the dates of their attendance and departure on each day of the week, whether in the period of normal days or final exams and from any departing point of the buses. These profiles were delivered to the bus company representative to help solve the transportation problem of the students.
•  A mechanism has been developed to enable the student to request and obtain an e-mail.
• A mechanism has been developed to update the student data regarding the number of  papers that he can print quarterly whether the student is a graduate student, a medicine student or otherwise. 
• A mechanism has been developed to enable the student to apply for any issue to the unit of admission and registration from his portal and follow up his application.
• A mechanism has been developed to enable the students of the College of engineering to apply for field training from their student portal. Also, the system of the  faculty members has been developed to give approvals and follow-up of students.
• A mechanism has been developed to enable the students to submit a complaint  to all faculties, the unit of admission and registration, the financial affairs unit and the Deanship of Student Affairs.
• A system was developed to computerize the work of the spending authority with the Ministry of education.
