Instructions for authors
ABSTRACT:
Abstracts should have the title of the paper, name(s) and affiliation(s) of the author(s), and keywords (3-6 keywords). The abstract including the keywords (12pt, Times New Roman) and affiliations should not exceed one page.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FULL PAPER SUBMISSION:
The manuscript should not have headers, footers, or page numbers. It should be in a one-column format. References should be included in the text and cited at the end of the paper (APA format is preferred).
Submitted papers should contain the following sections (titles in 16 pt, Arial, Bold) :
Abstract: One page with all affiliations and keywords
- Introduction: Introduce study concept, major theoretical and empirical gap and contribution by this study, importance and implications for practice.
- Literature Review: A thorough synthesis of the past and current literature backing the study hypotheses and leading towards propositions.
- Methodology: Clear and concise elaboration of the method applied, and the steps taken to ensure the reliability and validity of used methodology.
- Results: Clear and comprehensive presentation of results in view of proposed hypotheses.
Discussion & Conclusion: Acknowledgements (when appropriate)
References: APA style is recommended (Use of Endnote appreciated)
Appendices (when appropriate).
Important Notes:
-All paragraphs shall be single-spaced. They should be typed in Times New Roman 12pt. Do not use page numbering anywhere in the manuscript. A one-inch margin all around the border and an empty single space between each paragraph are required. In other words, do not fuse the paragraphs together.
-Upon paper acceptance and registration, the authors are required to confirm whether they will attend the conference.
-All accepted papers will be included entirely in the Conference Proceedings.
