Introduction
The main aim of this international conference is to address the latest issues in living heritage, sustainable tourism and heritage conservation, based on new flexible and resilient cultural heritage concepts in our digital age/ the 21st century, from documentation to conservation and reconstruction. With the rapid and aggressive changes taking place locally and regionally, thus, we need to deal with the cultural heritage concepts from a more humanistic, dynamic, and holistic perspective, from frozen Heritage to alive sustainable use, from various academic and best practice fields. Based on the requirements and needs of the digital age, the new touristic socio-cultural and economic dimensions and risk of climate change and conflict in post-war areas; changes on environmental, technological/digital, and political levels mandating a re-examination of the conceptual/ theoretical and practical framework of cultural heritage management, tourism and conservation-related issues.
