From this program, we have the following expectations:

  • New, nationally accredited Family Medicine Diploma Programs will be established.
  • Graduates will become leaders and trainers in their respective clinics.
  • Graduates will have excellent diagnostic skills for the most common symptoms and diseases they will encounter.

Graduates will have a foundational understanding

Three labs for the diploma program in each university, HU, JUST and UJ.

 

Main Outputs:
1.    Diploma in Family Medicine Diploma program.
2.    Diploma Courses and Published Students Assessments.  
3.    Trained Specialists in Ministry of Health. 
4.    Trained Academic Staff in Three Jordanian Universities. 
5.    Site selection for trainings. 
6.    Three conferences rooms. 
7.    Graduated 2 batches during the project diploma. 

Unexpected Outcomes:
1.    MOUs with the MOH to receive/help/support the regular diploma batches and trainers/specialists. 
2.    Congress on Family Medicine and Primary Health Care with 300 in person and 1000 online attendees lasted for three full days.  
3.    3 Conference and 3 training workshops by Jordanian Academic staff for project stakeholders and Field specialists (during the first 20 months.).
4.    TV interviews and podcasts about the project in national channels.
5.    Interactive dissemination materials, Flashcards, congress book, rollups, etc.. all oriented and used for the project.
6.    E-learning system for hybrid diploma teaching. 
7.    Workshops and feedback assessments by the trainees, stakeholders. 
8.    MOU with UNRWA for training and students diploma. 
9.    MOU with MRS for training and students diploma.
10.    Three batches of Project diploma. 
11.    Newsletters and news.
