D7.6: One Person will be assigned to document and catalog minutes of each meeting.
Supervisory Board Establishment
An international supervisory board will be formed and meet at least quarterly to address any issues that may arise. Members of this board will consist of at least one member from each participating institution. This will ensure ongoing communication between all involved parties at each training site. A calendar of meetings will be established at the beginning of each academic year and notes from each meeting will be posted on the faculty page of the program website. To verify this outcome, we will refer to the meeting notes recorded on the website.
