Participation Guidelines

General Requirements

  1. Submissions must be original and must not have been previously published or presented at other conferences.
  2. Contributions must align with one of the conference themes.
  3. Individual and collaborative submissions are accepted (maximum of three authors per paper).
  4. Papers may be submitted in either Arabic or English.
  5. Accepted submission formats include:
    • Research papers.
    • Case studies or field reports.
    • Applied practice presentations.

Abstract Requirements

  • Abstracts should be between 250 and 300 words and written in a clear, objective academic style.
  • Abstracts must include:
    1. Title of the contribution.
    2. Full name(s) of the author(s) as they will appear in the conference proceedings.
    3. Institution/Organization and Country.
    4. Email address of the corresponding author.
    5. Three to five keywords representing the topic of the contribution.

 

Conference Proceedings Publication

To maximize the scholarly and practical impact of conference outcomes, the Scientific Committee will publish the proceedings according to recognized academic standards as follows:

  1. Accepted papers will be published in a peer-reviewed electronic volume entitled:
  2. Proceedings of the International Conference on Early Childhood and Inclusive Education – 2027
  3. Each participant will receive an electronic PDF copy.
  4. A digital version of the proceedings will be made freely available for download through the conference website.
  5. The Scientific Committee will seek partnerships with local, regional, and international peer-reviewed journals to publish outstanding papers in special issues, subject to additional review procedures in accordance with journal policies.
  6. Intellectual property rights will be respected, and all participants will be required to complete a publication consent form.
