The global level of higher education cadres, representing the ratio of members of the administrative body to the academy (1:1.85), In addition to providing it with faculty members from graduates of prestigious international universities, so that the percentage of graduates from these universities reached (60%) of the total teaching staff working at the Hashemite University, so that the United States of America occupies a percentage (34%), followed by Britain (16%) Then Canada (6%) and Germany (4%), while the percentage of Jordanian university graduates (29%) of the total number of faculty members who contribute to the enrichment of the university and its various departments with an academic apparatus in which the percentage of faculty members who obtain a doctoral degree is represented (75%), followed by (15%) of holders of a master's degree, and (6%) of holders of clinical specialties in human medicine certificates, in addition to a number of research and teaching assistants whose percentage reaches (4%), which leads to opening and expanding horizons of knowledge and creativity among university students and the impact on the surrounding community, so that the university is a center for intellectual radiation, not just for receiving knowledge.
