Conference Dates: 5-7, November 2021

• Sending participation confirmation: within 2 weeks upon receiving the invitation.
• Sending paper abstract: May 1, 2021
• Sending full paper: September 5, 2021.
• Finalizing conference schedule and sending it out to participants: September 30, 2021.

Travel, Boarding, and Transportation

The Hashemite University will secure all costs related to travel tickets, boarding expenses, and local transportation during all conference days only. Extended stay is not covered. Participants wishing to stay in Jordan beyond conference dates should inform the conference organizers beforehand so that we ensure governmental rates.
