As part of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences' efforts to enhance academic excellence and develop research and analytical skills in leadership sciences for its master's students, a specialized workshop on management strategies, individual empowerment, and team development was conducted under the title:
"Self-Development Models Using Analytical Logarithms for Empowerment and Capacity Building."
The workshop featured advanced models designed at Queen’s University Belfast, UK, developed and supervised by Dr. Muhannad Odeh. These models reflect the latest global practices in strategic analysis for individuals, institutions, and teams, showcasing innovative techniques to transform analytical outputs into measurable and applicable digital standards. Participants also gained insights into self-development and professional growth principles and their practical applications.
The workshop marked the conclusion of the "Advanced Management and Leadership Strategies" course within the master's program. Students who met the attendance and participation requirements had the opportunity to engage in applying global models and developing innovative strategies to enhance performance.
This initiative aligns with the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences’ vision to strengthen international academic collaboration and provide exceptional educational experiences driven by innovation and excellence.
