The achievements of the Department of Computer Science and its applications in the academic year 2020/2021 can be summarized as follows:

-Preparation in the procedures for applying for the American ABET accreditation for the Department of Computer Science and its applications.

-A number of faculty members and laboratory supervisors have obtained Huawei certification.

-A number of faculty members attended a course on big data, organized by UNESCO and in partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education.

-A number of students participated in the JCPC 2020 programming competition and a team qualified to participate in the ACPC 2020 Arab competition.
