Course Discription : The course introduces the concepts of measurement and evaluation in physical education, purposes, levels, uses and the scientific essentials for test selection, and test building. Provide examples of main tests that emphasis the physical, technical, and functional aspects. In addition, the course will introduce anthropometric measurements and test batteries. Also introduce the statistical methods for data collection and management and how to present statistical outcome such as measurements of central tendency, variation, correlation, regression. Define score and its relation to the population and the level of norms.
