Developmental Psychology and Occupational Performance. Credit Hours:2
This course covers the theories of human and personality development as well as the theories of learning in relation to occupational performance across the life span. In addition, this course prepares students to explore and understand the concept of self, motivation, human needs, and the effect of psychological stressors on shaping human occupational behavior at personal, groups and community levels (ADL's, IADL's, Health management, Education, Work, Social Activities, Rest & Sleep, Play and Leisure) and methods of dealing with it. |
