Course Discription : This course discusses the methods and principles of theoretical and practical to evaluation of capital investment projects , such as pay back period , Risk -Return trade off which known with traditional methods , and there are a newly methods such as net present value and internal rate of return . For there, it is required acknowledge how measuring risk and expected return and how the financial manager makes a decision and maximizing the value of a firm and applied there on the Jordanian industrial companies.
