Course Discription : This course focuses on the short-term financing decisions or the working capital management. Areas to be covered in this course includes: introduction to the working capital management, the operating cycle, cash conversion cycle, net trade cycle, and weighted cash conversion cycle and their applications. the course also covers the cash budget, working capital policies, short-term borrowing, cash management, optimal cash level, inventory management, optimal inventory level, and receivable management.
