Procedures in the case of decommitment of the sponsorship conditions: 
-    Issuance the decision of the dean’s council of terminating the study sponsorship.
-    The sponsored student must follow up with the financial affairs unit in order to pay the amount of the financial claim in addition to 50% fees. 
-    Issuance of the dean’s council of approving to terminate the mortgage ,the legal guarantee and the commitment documents. 
-    Contacting the related units to complete the procedures of cancelling  mortgage,  the legal guarantee and the commitment obligation.
-    Providing the sponsored student with the needed letter to the related units.
