Procedures after completing the sponsorship:
-    Issuing the decision of the deans’ council of appointing the sponsored student.
-    Beginning the work after issuance of the dean’s council of assigning. 
-    Doing the medical examination to the assigned employee. 
-    Signing the assignment contract according the decision of the deans’ council.
