Procedures during the sponsorship period: 
-    Issuing the decision of the deans’ council of approving the renewal the sponsorship
-     Issuing the decision the dean’s council of approving to increase the period of the sponsorship, or postponing the commitment to join the work. 
-    Providing the sponsored student with the needed letters for additional mortgage in the case of increasing the sponsorship period.    
-    Providing the sponsored student with the financial support letters according to the regulations.
