• Establishing and developing the department according to the most up-to-date methods, and keeping pace with the new developments that help upgrade the educational process in line with the University’s vision, mission and goals.
• Studying the University’s needs for supplies of all kinds; contacting the sources of supply to provide them on time through the procurement department based on a comprehensive administrative system; supervising and monitoring the supplies; opening special records for them; providing maintenance; disposing the damaged ones; and selling the supplies or donating them.
• Serving the local community by donating devices, furniture, computers and stationeries to associations, schools, and cultural and educational centers.
