• Hosting local and international scientific conferences that deal with the latest developments and tools in risk management. This is based on theoretical and practical scientific studies that aims at forming connections between researchers and decision-makers in various government institutions.

• Inviting speakers with experience and knowledge, whether from inside or outside the Kingdom

• Establishing an information database for the most important risk indicators in terms of collecting data related to the number of risks and their classification, in addition to methods of dealing with previous risks as they occur.

• Developing scientific models to deal with risk and comparing them with the already used ones locally and regionally

• Submit reports periodically to the management that shows risk management results at the university, in addition to emphasizing on the risks that should be paid attention to such as:

• Legislative risks, including legal liability for services or contracts
• Financial risks such as misuse of public money or fraud during job finish
• Technical risks such as misuse of technology in a way that harms the university, any external parties, its employees
• Human risks, focusing on public safety, work ethics, issues related to human, animal and environmental health
• Emergencies, which include any kind of sudden risk, such as fires, natural disasters etc.
