The Department of Warehouse and Supplies was established since the early start of the university with the purpose of preserving its assets and properties. It aims at providing the academic and administrative departments with needed and required office and laboratory equipment, tools and furniture that enhance the progress of the academic process, and thus improve performance, and meet the requirements of public and private accreditation as to raise quality standards. 
The department has provided the necessary furniture, office tools, and the finest equipment for the laboratories of the university, the faculty of Engineering, the faculty of Science and Nursing, in addition to the Health Center, and other academic departments.
