The Council undertakes the following tasks and powers:

 

• Approval of the center's work plan.
• Discussing the center’s draft budget and submitting it to the president for approval.
• Suggesting instructions related to the work of the center.
• Discussing and approving the annual report.
• Providing everything that would support and advance the center.
• Discussing any issues that the council president analyzes.
