Dear students:

        I warmly welcome you to the Hashemite University and it gives me great pleasure to send you my sincere wishes with the start of the academic year 2024/2025, hoping it will be a chance for all of you to achieve your goals. Since you are the essence of the educational process and the core of the university attention, you will be given all the possible vehicles to help you succeed in your education and develop your abilities and talents while gearing them productively. That way , we will help our university go ahead in the path of advancement and development.

My dear students,

       Today, I am addressing you as youth armed with knowledge, and passion to learn. You do have a huge responsibility as ambassadors representing your university wherever you go trying to put it amongst the world’s high ranked universities, fulfilling the aspirations of His Majesty King Abdullah II, who said, "You are the knights carrying Jordan’s message towards its development and prosperity." Therefore, the Faculty of Graduate Studies at the Hashemite University, in line with its strategic plan, seeks to contribute effectively to achieving the university’s vision and mission as a national educational institution. This includes increasing the number of students admitted to various programs and attracting more international students, which will enrich the cultural environment at the university enhancing its diversity, and thus enriching the academic and social experience for all students.

             The Faculty of Graduate Studies also strives to develop the research abilities of graduate students in various fields with degrees ranging from a PhD in Arabic Language and Literature (the only PhD program offered) ,  Master's degree in different specialties to Higher Diploma . All of this aims to enhance the students’ chance when competing in the different fields after graduation. This is due to its pioneering educational programs and its distinctive educational, counseling, and academic services, which helps in creating a supportive environment for original scientific research and prepared distinguished scholars and researchers. The university is committed to enhance your confidence in yourselves and your abilities, strengthening your loyalty and love for our beloved country.
