Electronic services developed for employees /faculty members 

• A service of Electronic Circulation has been developed in the system of the Employee Bureau. Also, An electronic archiving system has been developed and connected with the employee portal.
• An electronic service has been developed to evaluate the annual performance of employees and this service has been adapted electronically according to the organizational structure and linked  with the human resources system.
• An electronic service has been developed to computerize annual and sick leave on the employee portal and link it with the Department of human resources.
• An electronic service has been developed to computerize  the leaves and connected it automatically with the fingerprint system on the employee portal. It also has been connected with the human resources department.
• A new portal for recruitment and dispatch requests has been developed and connected with the HR system.
• An electronic service has been developed to submit supplies requests, returns and transfers with accreditation on the employee portal according to the organizational structure and connected with the supplies system.
• An electronic service has been developed to submit and approve inks requests according to the organizational structure and connected with the supplies system and maintenance system.
• An electronic service has been developed to submit and follow up maintenance requests for both the Information Technology Center and the Department of engineering and maintenance.
