Strategic Plan



Components of the Strategic Plan:
1.Developing a holistic plan that satisfies the needs of internal and external stakeholders at the local, regional, and international societies.
2.Developing a holistic strategic plan based on SWOTs analysis: Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.
3.Formulating clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4.Spreading the culture of scientific research at the university, and promote the university to the outside world.
5.Benchmarking the deanship with the national,regional and international deanships; this will help to bridge any gap between the internal and external standards.
6.Disseminating monitoring reports on continuous basis.
7.Evaluating on continuous basis with internal and external consultants

Methodology of the Strategic Plan:
1.Prospective analysis to achieve the university's vision regarding the local market and the society.
2.Prospective analysis to achieve the university's vision regarding the international scientific research.
3.Data collection about various issues of stakeholders.
4.Analysis of the gap between the actual performance and the planned performance.
