First: Accreditation & Quality
The Business School is actively working toward AACSB international accreditation, with a target to complete Phase III requirements by the end of 2027, ensuring full alignment with global quality standards.
We remain dedicated to sustaining the specialized accreditation of all currently accredited programs, while taking the necessary steps to obtain Jordanian accreditation for our majors upon the completion of the program classification process by the Higher Education Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission.
We aim to obtain quality assurance certification across all departments through the implementation of institutional and academic quality standards, fostering a culture of sustained excellence in both teaching and administration.
We seek to elevate the University's global standing by hosting seminars, workshops, and international conferences, while expanding our network of academic partnerships with leading universities and research institutions worldwide.
Second: Distinguished Academic Programs
We are dedicated to introducing innovative and relevant academic programs at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Recent milestones include the launch of our Financial Technology (FinTech) undergraduate major, with plans underway to introduce a Master's in Digital Marketing in the coming years.
We are laying the groundwork for doctoral programs within the next five years, supported by a growing faculty and an increasing number of associate and full professors.
Third: Technology-Enhanced & Blended Learning
We are committed to developing advanced technical programs that bridge theory and practice, equipping graduates with the skills needed for the modern workplace.
We are enhancing the use of educational technology, including equipping an additional computer lab and installing interactive display systems across the School.
We are expanding our blended learning offerings, creating a flexible learning environment that combines traditional and digital education to boost student engagement.
A dedicated committee oversees the quality and effectiveness of blended learning, ensuring continuous improvement and development.
We have launched a Moodle-based e-learning platform to facilitate digital and interactive learning, fostering meaningful engagement between students and faculty.
Fourth: Research & Innovation
Over the past six years, our faculty has published more than 500 research papers, and we aim to publish at least 20 papers annually in reputable international journals.
We are establishing specialized research groups within each department to support faculty and encourage collaborative research.
We are launching a School-affiliated academic journal to provide a dedicated platform for faculty and student research and contributions.
We are developing a clear research ethics framework to ensure integrity and quality across all research activities.
We actively encourage collaborative publication between faculty and graduate students, supporting their academic and research development.
We aim to earn at least one local, regional, or international award every two years, along with a distinguished recognition or certification within the same period.
Fifth: Human Capital & Infrastructure
On the infrastructure side, we are working to upgrade classrooms, equip an additional computer lab, install modern display systems, establish a School library, create multipurpose spaces for students and staff, and ensure the ongoing maintenance of our facilities.
We support our academic faculty through opportunities to attend international conferences, access global research databases, pursue scholarly leave, and advance their careers, with a focus on recruitment in areas where new academic expertise is needed.
Our administrative staff benefit from ongoing internal and external training programs, an annual employee recognition award, regular satisfaction surveys, and engagement sessions with management to continuously improve the work environment.
Sixth: Student, University & Community Engagement
We are committed to attracting more Arab and international students through targeted marketing plans, offering semester-based training programs to prepare graduates for the job market, and building an alumni engagement platform alongside an updated digital presence.
We regularly review and update our curricula to align with labor market needs and professional certifications, promoting our programs in both Arabic and English, and organizing an annual Academic Week with diverse activities.
We sign annual agreements to facilitate student internships, hold meetings with private sector companies to open employment opportunities, and organize field visits to public and private sector organizations.
We support high-achieving students in contributing to research and publications, host distinguished alumni to share their experiences, organize open days and volunteering initiatives, and hold regular meetings with students with special needs to ensure their needs are met.
We encourage graduate students to participate in applied research that serves the public and private sectors, conducting annual studies and integrating student research activities into our Academic Week events.
