Creating many required specializations that keep pace with the needs of the times and society in the departments at the bachelor's and master's level to meet the needs of the market internally and externally during the next five years.

Creating distinguished doctoral programs during the next five years.

The Faculty should achieve the first place locally among business schools in Jordan by the end of 2025.

The Faculty should achieve an advanced Arab rank by being among the top 20% business schools at the university level in the Arab world by the end of 2025.

Achieving progress on the level of the Faculty’s classification and its contribution to raising the university’s classification during the end of 2025.

Establishing agreements with local and international universities and institutions, whether scientific or practical.

Increase the number of Arab and foreign students by preparing marketing plans to attract them to diversify cultures and raise the classification of the Faculty and university during the next five years.

Attracting distinguished professors in terms of scientific and practical efficiency from inside Jordan and outside Jordan to raise the classification of the Faculty and university.

Building a clear and systematic strategy to assist graduates in obtaining jobs or training in various institutions to facilitate getting jobs during the next Five years.

Start building a new Faculty called the "Business Tower" that contains all the halls, laboratories, amphitheatres and other facilities that the Faculty needs, fully equipped according to the modern needs of the departments by the end of 2025.
