Small group mentoring is available for academic staff to develop their teaching skills. Mentoring groups consist of approximately 2-3 staff members with an experienced mentor. During the academic year, the members of the mentor group observe each others’ teaching and meet together on a monthly basis to discuss and encourage the development of their teaching skills.
