B.A. Degree

 

 

The faculty grants the B.A. degree in four programs (with 132 credit hours for each):

 

·                 Arabic Language and Literature

 

·                 English Language and Literature

 

·                     Literature and Cultural Studies in English (Department of English Language and Literature)

 

·                     International Relations and Strategic Studies (Department of Humanities and Social Sciences)

 

M.A. Degree

 

 

§  The Dept. of Arabic Language and Literature grants the M.A. degree in two specializations (with 33 credit hours for each):

 

v Linguistics (Thesis track)

 

v Literature and Criticism (Thesis track)

 

§  The Dept. of Humanities and Social Sciences grants the M.A. degree in Peace and Conflict Studies in collaboration with United Nations' Peace University (33 credit hours).

 

§  The Dept. of English Language and Literature grants the M.A. degree in the English Language (thesis track/ Linguistics, Literature, or Translation) (33 credit hours).

 

§  The Dept. of Arabic Language and Literature grants a Ph.D. degree in Arabic Language and Literature (54 credit hours) in two specializations:

 

v Language and Syntax (Thesis track)

 

v Literature and Criticism (Thesis track)
