The University has worked out a strategic “Five-Year Plan” by which it can sponsor approximately 200 scholars to study for post-graduate studies return later as lecturers working at different colleges at HU. In its strategic five year plan the Hashemite University is looking to establish a well defined classification and job description system that will regulate recruitment, placement and compensation, and adjust ranking, grades and salaries to comply with the newly established classification system. In addition to establishing an employee performance evaluation process that is consistently applied and that serves as significant input to career development and promotion, and to monitor the system judiciously and adjust it for proper and smooth application when necessary.
