Overview

The department of Banking and Financial Sciences offers two Bachelor programs in “Banking and Financial Sciences” and “Risk Management and Insurance”, as well as a Master program in “Investment and Finance”.

Banking and Financial Sciences major:

The studies of Banking and Financial Services have gained increasing importance during the past decades to cope with expanding private business and the need for specialized graduates with essential skills and knowledge of real-world financial issues and concepts. The Banking and Financial Sciences major prepares banking and finance specialists that are qualified to pursue a wide range of career destinations within the banking industry, financial markets, and the broader corporate world. The major also offers integrated theory and practice of modern money theory, banking, asset management, corporate finance and covers a wide range of topics related to investment and finance.
