Objectives

This program aims to:

- Provide society with professional occupational therapists who can use occupational therapy process to provide occupational therapy services to different clients. The occupational therapy process is a client-centered approach by which the occupational therapist and in collaboration with the client gathers data, identifies problem areas, develop an intervention plan, implement the plan, and evaluate the whole process.

- Graduates of the program should value the importance of purposeful occupations in preventing and treating diseases, and in promoting health among individuals.

- Graduates should value the importance of research and education in the development of the occupational therapy profession.
