Welcome to the Department of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics.  The department offers a Master’s degree in Medical Nutrition Therapy and Food Safety. Our program is unique in terms of the high-quality courses and the intensive supervised training that we offer, while encouraging the students to reach their potential. Our students will be pioneers in medical nutrition and food safety in Jordan as well as worldwide.
