Vision :
Our department aims to be a leading center in teaching our students diseases related to special surgery and their diagnosis through training, education, scientific research, and discussing cases and how to treat them. In addition, our vision is to be an international leader in the multiple fields of special surgery.

 

Mission :
The mission of our department is to teach Ophthalmology, ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat), Orthopedics, and Neurosurgery, train students and researchers in medical applications, and conduct research in various topics of these specialties. This will consequently help graduate doctors that can treat patients according to pathophysiology concepts as well as conduct cutting-edge analyses and research. In the Department, we are directly involved in educating the next generations of physicians in these fields, and well as contribute to train residents in affiliated hospitals as well.
