The mission of the Department of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology is to prepare and achieve scientific and academic excellence for graduates in the fields of pharmaceutics and pharmaceutical technology, to provide the local and regional labor market of qualified pharmacists and to improve the scientific researches in this field to nourish the scientific development and strive to serve the community. The department has research and teaching laboratories equipped with modern equipment in the field of industrial pharmacy, pharmaceuticals and dermatology. These laboratories include:

Automated drug solubility lab analysis.

In addition, the department provides a specialized track in industrial pharmacy for the students and offers a number of specialized courses in this field, including a specialized field training in the industrial pharmacy by cooperation with pharmaceutical factories and under the direct supervision of the specialists in this field from our department.
