The Department of Allied Basic Medical Sciences was established in 2021 with the aim of providing students in the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences with a strong and comprehensive foundation in the basic medical sciences. The department focuses particularly on physiology, anatomy, biochemistry, medical microbiology, and nutrition and health. This foundation is built through a combination of theoretical education and practical laboratory training, serving as the essential groundwork for the study of various applied medical science specializations.
