The course provides students with an explanation of the educational role of the museum and the learning programs through museums. It deals with the significance of museum education and reviews the different educational theories in museums. In addition the course will present a survey of a wide range of research methods employed in visitor studies illustrated with examples taken from museums all around the world. |
