Clinical pharmacology and pharmacotherapeutics as applied to advanced practice nursing in the acute and primary care of individuals across the lifespan. Pharmacodynamic mechanisms and physiologic responses contributing to drugs therapeutic and specific considerations for drug therapy in pediatrics, women, and geriatric populations are addressed where appropriate throughout this course. |
