This course provides students with information on the methods of evaluation, treatment planning and implementation for the patient with physical disabilities. This course focuses on diseases such as cognitive, perceptual and visual disorders, stroke, traumatic brain injury, various nervous system diseases, spinal cord injuries, rheumatological disorders, burns, cardiopulmonary diseases, and how these diseases affect the patient’s occupational performance and the role of the occupational therapist with these patients. .
