:
This course aims to enable students to apply the research and scientific knowledge and skills acquired during their studies in designing and implementing an applied research project in one of the fields of nutrition, clinical nutrition, and public health. Under the supervision of a faculty member, students select a research topic related to clinical nutrition, community nutrition, or food-system analysis, then formulate the research problem, collect and analyze data, and discuss the results according to established scientific principles. In the graduation project, ResearchRabbit and PubMed can be used to explore the literature and build the scientific review, SPSS can be used for data analysis, and AI applications can support the research stages systematically. The course includes preparing a complete research report (mini-thesis) containing a review of recent scientific literature, a rigorous methodology, presentation of results, and practical recommendations. The student is also required to present and orally defend the project before an academic committee to demonstrate scientific analysis, critical thinking, and the ability to connect theory and practice in nutrition.
