This course covers how to conduct patient interviews to obtain the necessary nutritional information, in addition to introducing students to the methods used to modify patients’ nutritional behavior. Modern technologies can be used in nutrition counseling through AI applications to prepare interview scenarios and educational messages, together with Canva to design educational materials suitable for target groups. |
