The practical component includes training students to perform different anthropometric measurements, assess food intake, and compare the results with international standards to determine nutritional status. Training in nutritional-status assessment is transformed into digital practice through WHO Anthro, WHO AnthroPlus, Excel, and SPSS, helping to organize measurements, extract indicators, and analyze them according to approved standards. |
