This course includes methods used to assess nutritional status, such as anthropometric measurements and laboratory and clinical examinations, and how to interpret the results of these methods to assess the nutritional status of individuals and communities. To develop nutritional-status assessment skills, WHO Anthro and WHO AnthroPlus can be used with Excel and SPSS to enter anthropometric measurements, calculate indicators, compare them with reference standards, and prepare reports. |
