Course Discription

This course defines the objectives and importance of kinesiology for the human locomotion, by shedding light on locomotion types, divisions and stages. Students will learn about the principles of biomechanics, the analytical methods, and motor learning stages, to motor later to: an introduction to the internal and external forces which governs humans' locomotion and their role in improving sports performance.
