This course aims to enhance students’ understanding and skills in managing neurological disorders and pediatric cases. It focuses on practical, hands-on experiences to apply theoretical concepts learned in the classroom. Students will learn appropriate clinical techniques for assessing neurological and pediatric conditions and applying a variety of therapeutic interventions such as therapeutic exercises, massage, and movement therapy to improve patient function and condition. They will also develop skills in analyzing clinical assessment data, selecting appropriate treatment programs, effective patient communication, and working within multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Students are required to train for 8 hours per week in various physiotherapy settings under qualified supervision. |
