In the third year, students begin partial application through the subject "Field Experiments". Students are expected to attend training institutions two days a week for a full semester. In this course, students undergo partial application processes that include all the roles, tasks and processes that the practicing professional is expected to perform. The application processes are carried out under the direct supervision and follow-up of both the subject teacher (university trainer) and the cooperating trainer in the training institution. The academic program is expected to develop a systematic mechanism that defines the tasks and assignments of training, clarifies the roles of stakeholders, accurately describes the evaluation processes, including follow-up and supervision, provides feedback, provides support and develops development and improvement plans. |
