Course Discription : This course is continuation of course 1. It introduces students to skills in interpretation of extra oral radiography. It enables student to read radiographs features such as radiolucent and radiopaque areas. Student are able to identify the features of different lesions such as; lesions of the jaws, antral disease, trauma to the teeth and facial skeleton, disorders of the salivary gland’s diseases. Training on paralleling technique, occlusal radiography, panoramic radiography, automatic processing, loading cassettes, troubleshooting and quality assurance.
