This advanced course introduces students to learn methods of periodontal treatment modalities and techniques. Genetic factors associated with periodontal diseases, guided tissue regeneration, smoking and periodontics, and patients’ education and support. Treatment of various forms of periodontal diseases by conventional methods, some applications of more advanced techniques and surgical procedures. The clinical part provides hands-on of exodontia and simple oral surgery. |
