This course introduces the student to histology of oral and maxillofacial tissues. It explains the different stages of Odontogenesis, tooth histology, periodontium, oral cavity and related tissues and structures such as salivary glands oral mucosa and muscles. The histology of embryology of oral and facial organs will be studied for understanding the development of teeth and oral tissues. |
